Work Culture

Wolfe, McDuff, & Oppie has created an internal culture like no other. We provide a culture that captures the needs of multiple generations. We pride ourselves on the flexibility we allow our employees. The firm understands an 8-5 schedule is not ideal for everyone. We offer employees the opportunity to work a "flex schedule" if they wish.  This means some employees may work 9-6 if they are a late riser, or 7-4 if they are an early riser. We work with each individual situation as it occurs.
 
When the work is done we like to have fun. In addition to the flexibility, the firm plans socials once a month during the workday. In the past, we have gone to baseball games, bowling, ice cream parties, afternoon socials at local restaurants, cookouts, and many others.
