Development Opportunities
Our firm has five departments (Audit, Business & Personal Management, Legal, Tax and Support Staff). Although the departments vary in size, each person is key to the success of the department and overall success of the firm.
Training Program:
Typically new staff begin a year-long training program. You will spend approximately 3 months in each department. At the end of the year-long process, you will be placed according to the best fit.
Cross Training:
Current employees are given the opportunity to train and work in other departments to further their professional development.
Mentorship:
